By joining a challenge at EquiFunded, you agree to the following:

1. Independent Trader: You are not an employee or partner of EquiFunded. You trade independently, following the challenge rules.
2. No Investment Advice: We do not provide financial advice or guaranteed returns. Challenges are for skill evaluation only.
3. Fees: All challenge fees are non-refundable.
4. Challenge Rules:
   • Trade only allowed instruments (BankNifty/Nifty50 intraday options).
   • Follow risk limits and trade restrictions.
   • Points are calculated using first buy price and last sell price only.
   • Maximum drawdown limit applies; exceeding it means challenge failure.
5. Funded Account Terms:
   • Profit share: 80% trader / 20% EquiFunded
   • Maximum loss: 30%
   • No fixed trading deadline once funded.
6. Fair Trading: You are not liable beyond the challenge fee. No extra payments required even if losses occur.
7. Disqualification: Any fraud, cheating, or rule violation can lead to immediate disqualification.
